My goal at OneStrongSouthernGirl.com is to provide helpful exercise video reviews and other useful fitness-related information to keep you motivated, inspired and (a little bit) entertained.

I’ve recently become an affiliate for some of the products I write about. Be aware that this in no way changes the things I put in my posts.  In all cases I’ve personally invested in the workouts and brands that I tell you about.  And I’ve never received any kind of free product in exchange for an endorsement.

Because of the vast amounts of time and energy I put into this site, I feel it is permissible to be compensated.

You have my word that I will only promote products that I personally use or can recommend without hesitation.  Integrity is important to me and gaining (& keeping) the trust of my readers (you) is paramount.

*I keep my recommendations honest.  If I don’t like something about a product I always include that information, too.

What is an affiliate link/referral link?

At the start of my reviews and in the heart of some of my other fitness posts I may recommend a product or service, and if you choose to purchase that product or service via my recommendation (by clicking on a specific link in that post), I will get a small referral commission. Of course, this is at no extra cost to you but it does allow me to keep bringing you helpful information via One Strong Southern Girl.
