Hello!

Any gift that makes exercise even more fun is a win!

These are my favorite tools on the market today that make every workout more fun and easier than ever to track your progress.

Let’s get started…

This post may contain Amazon (or other) affiliate links which won’t change your price but will share some commission. You can get more information about that here.

1. WIRELESS EAR BUDS

Wireless earbuds are a gamechanger for the woman who loves to listen to music (or anything else on her earphones) when she’s working out.

You won’t realize how much those wires have been bugging you all these years until they’re gone. #fact

2. A BEAUTIFUL HEART RATE MONITOR

A heart rate monitor is a great gadget for tracking max heart rate and whatever ‘zone’ you’re trying to keep an eye on.  (You’ll get the most accurate results with a heart rate monitor that has a chest strap.) But if the strap bugs you then you’re good to go without it.

3. A FIT BIT

a fit bit is a smart exercise present for women

Every woman who exercises regularly has heard of a Fit Bit and would love to have one (if she doesn’t already).

*Yes, this is very similar to a heart rate monitor but has more features than a heart rate monitor.

4. AAPTIV APP

Aaptiv is the number one audio fitness app.

You put in your headphones and a trainer tells you exactly what to do.   It’s awesome!

There’s a free trial period and hundreds of workouts.  The sweet spot for Aaptiv are their running workouts and training programs for distance runs (but they have other workout, too).  It’s a great gift!

5. THE VI SYSTEM

Vi is similar to Aaptiv but different.

Vi is equipment (headphones) PLUS an app (a personal trainer).

It’s a really cool system that’s worth trying out if you’re a serious runner.

6. BEACHBODY ON DEMAND

On demand exercise is a must-have if you ever workout at home.

There are several companies that have workouts you can stream anytime and anywhere (from your favorite device) but Beachbody has the best library of routines.

Every woman on the planet can find a few programs they love from Beachbody, and you get access to all of them with Beachbody on Demand.

I’ve been a member for several years and LOVE it.

Watch the video and sign your favorite female up for the free trial period.
