I'm Mickie. Co-founder and CEO of One Strong Southern Girl. Our team is here for you. We want you to remember us because we helped changed your life.

Hello!

Give the woman you love the gift of health, fitness and happiness!

These 5 gift card ideas are easy to buy but still thoughtful and unique.

I love that they aren’t so general (Amazon gift card anyone?) but made to be spent on very specific items for women who love to exercise.

This post may contain Amazon (or other) affiliate links which won’t change your price but will share some commission. You can get more information about that here.

Plus, I own or have tried (almost) all these products so here we go…

Fitlosophy gift card

Fitlosophy makes beautiful, high-end fitness journals.

They come in spiral or hardcover (I have one of each) and can be used to plan and track your workouts and fitness/health goals.

While it’s ok to use your everyday planner to jot down your workouts, it’s way more fun to use a journal dedicated to nothing but helping you hit your workout goals.

She Fit

She Fit makes my favorite sports bra right now.

She Fit bras are made for high impact workouts and are easy peasy to adjust around the ribcage and at the shoulders so every woman can enjoy the perfect fit when they exercise in one of these.

A She Fit gift card is the perfect gift because we all know we need a nice sports bra but none of us wants to invest money it it. Give her a gift she’ll absolutely love because it’s a luxury she needs but won’t treat herself to.

Bonus-They come in different styles and colors!

Wantable

I’ve been a raving Wantable fan for year.

Wantable is a workout clothes subscription box.

Every month Wantable sends you 5-7 pieces of workout apparel that you can try on at home and then keep (and pay for) the pieces you like and send back (free returns) the items you don’t like (and only pay for the ones you keep).

*Wantable also has a subscription box for everyday wear. So, when the girl you love goes to redeem the gift card she can use it towards a Wantable Fitness subscription box (called the Fitness edit) OR she can use it on a Wantable everyday wear subscription box. It’s a win either way.

A Beachbody on Demand Subscription

My next gift card idea is for the woman who exercises at home.

A streaming workout service is an essential part of any good home exercise plan and Beachbody has the most robust membership.

You can pay for a 6-month membership for the woman you love and let her try out all the workouts inside the service.

Beachbody has a workout for everyone! They have cardio, strength training, dance, yoga, kickboxing and step aerobics (to name a few).

When you have a membership to Beachbody on Demand you can download all the nutrition guides and workout calendars, too.  It’s worth the money.

Gearbunch

Gearbunch makes workout tights with graphic prints.

You can find a print with any bright fun design you can imagine.

The tights are well made and comfy and the colors stay bright no matter how much you wash them.

These are the kinds of tights every woman secretly wants but never buys for herself.

Give her a reason to buy another pair of tights (that aren’t just black). These leggings will put a smile on her face everytime she puts them on (and she’ll think of you).

A bonus gift card idea…

A few sessions with a personal trainer…

You can buy a few personal training sessions from a local gym OR online from somewhere like Find Your Trainer.

And if you live in a big city there are services now that’ll come to you for a workout session (like Truck Trainers, in Nashville).
